Moharaz, Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC ‘s Policy
* Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.* Registration fee of $10 per person and is not refundable.* Caregivers who cancels any class five (5) days before the first day of class will receive a program cost refund, with a processing fee of $25.* Caregivers who cancels any class less than five (5) days prior to the first day of class will not receive a refund. The class will be rescheduled or carried out by a gift certificate.* If a class is canceled, students will be notified at least two (2) days prior to the date of class, and program cost will be refunded within three (3) weeks.* No fees will be returned for failure to attend. There will be no make-up classes due to unanticipated travel or other reasons not the accountabe to Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC.* Material fees are paid at time of registration unless otherwise noted.* Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC reserves the right to substitute instructors due to any emergency or illness.* Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC is not responsible for any artwork or personal items lost, stolen or left in the classrooms.* Full tuition or scheduler payments are required at the time of registration.* There is a $35 charge for all returned checks.* Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC, which purposes and offers programs and activities to everyone but we have the right to reject children or people which this program is not appropriate for.* Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC is not a Daycare center. The reason why apprentices are at all time under parent's or caregiver's care.- Parents or caregivers must walk child in to Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC's suite presenting the child to the Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC's staff. Special needs and children age 6 and under must be all the time under caregiver's supervision. * A form must be signed that says: I hereby waive and release any and all my rights and claims to damages against Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC. I accept all risk incidentals and do hereby release Moharaz,Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC,its employees and representatives, for all liability and injury during any activities. I further agree that in the event medical attention is required due to an accident or illness, Moharaz,LLC shall be permitted to seek such medical services, as it shall deem necessary and appropriate through EMS/911 and/or local hospitals. Moharaz,LLC is not responsible and will not pay any medical bill of any type of circumstances. Also, I grant full permission to Moharaz,LLC to use photographs, videotapes, and any other record of classes or programs for any legitimate purpose.*Your children must respect the rights of others and staff or they will be asked to leave the building and forfeit tuition.* Moharaz, Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC follows the Norwich School District's schedule for inclement weather.*Special needs program is for children that are at the end of the spectrum or have light behavior disability. This program is for parents who want to work in their children’s social and motor skill in an informal matter. Since we are an informal program, we are short in tools to accommodate children with significant physical challenges. Also, we have to look for the well being of everybody with in Moharaz, Children's Progressive Art Studio LLC's building; we disallow children with any aggressive or destructed behavior; in case of any building or furniture or others damage, caregiver must pay or replace the damage item(s).
